Ability to lead and train international and national staff. Problem solving and analytical skills, negotiation skills and technical knowledge to help assure compliance with project operations requirements. Ensure the site, camp facilities, safety & security, kitchen, dining hall, housekeeping, laundry, recreation, transportation & maintenance are in good working order and organized at all time.
