Job Title – Promoter Brand: TECNO Department: Sales & Marketing Reports to: Area Sales Supervisor / Retail Manager Location: Across Oman (Retail Store-based) Employment Type: Full-time Job Purpose To drive TECNO brand visibility and sales performance at assigned retail outlets by delivering excellent customer engagement, product demonstrations, and in-store merchandising, ensuring a premium brand experience that converts foot traffic into sales. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Engagement • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets at the assigned retail store • Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable TECNO products • Conduct live product demonstrations highlighting key features (camera, battery, performance, design) • Handle customer objections and close sales effectively • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TECNO product portfolio, pricing, and promotions In-Store Merchandising & Branding • Ensure TECNO products are properly displayed according to planogram guidelines • Maintain clean, organized, and branded product displays and demo units • Update Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), price tags, and promotional materials • Report any out-of-stock or display issues to the supervisor promptly Market Intelligence & Reporting • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions in the store and surrounding area • Submit daily sales reports and weekly activity summaries • Collect and share customer feedback on products and service experience • Track and report stock levels; coordinate restocking with the supply chain team Requirements **Category** **Details** Education High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage Experience 1+ year in retail sales, brand promotion, or mobile phone industry preferred Language Arabic – fluent (mandatory); English – conversational to fluent Gender Female candidates preferred Age 18–35 years (preferred) Nationality Open to all Key Competencies • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Passion for mobile technology and consumer electronics • Presentable appearance and professional grooming • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays • Target-driven with a competitive mindset • Basic smartphone and app literacy (Android ecosystem) • Strong Arabic communication skills to connect with local customers KPIs • Monthly sales volume vs. target • Average selling price (ASP) achievement • Store display compliance score • Customer satisfaction / feedback rating • Product knowledge assessment score What We Offer • Competitive base salary + sales commission/incentives • TECNO product training and certification • Career growth opportunities within Transsion ecosystem • Employee purchase benefits Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV to [email protected]
