🚨 We're Hiring – Production Supervisors 📍 Locations: Oman 🏭 Department: Production 📢 Employment Type: Full-time A fast-growing and dynamic food production company is looking for two experienced Production Supervisors to join our teams in Bahrain and Oman. If you're a hands-on leader with a passion for food production and team management, this is your opportunity to grow with us! 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise production teams (team leaders, cooks, assistants, cleaners). Plan and manage daily operations and task schedules. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards. Oversee kitchen maintenance and coordinate repairs. Monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality. Maintain accurate records (attendance, reports, performance). Manage inventory and ensure timely supply coordination. Train and develop team members on equipment and procedures. ✅ Requirements: Bachelor in Business Management, Food Technology, Hospitality or any related field (minimum). 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a production/kitchen environment.
