The Role at a Glance * Position: Production In-Charge (Interior Fit-Out) * Location: Muscat, Oman * Experience Required: 5+ years (15+ years highly preferred) * Core Expertise: Joinery, Gypsum, Profiles, and Workshop Management ------------------------------ ## 💼 Key Responsibilities * Supervise Production: Lead factory activities for joinery and interior fit-out projects. * Hit Targets: Deliver high-quality work on time according to project schedules. * Team Coordination: Work closely with Project Managers, Design, and Procurement. * Resource Optimization: Monitor and manage manpower, machinery, and materials. * Quality & Safety: Maintain strict quality standards and full HSE compliance. * Daily Operations: Conduct progress meetings, track workflow, and solve production issues. * Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of joinery, furniture, detailing, and interior finishing. * Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read, interpret, and engineer from detailed shop drawings. * Tech & Machinery: Hands-on experience controlling CNC machines and automated workshop tools. * Leadership: Proven skills in managing, scheduling, and motivating labor and technicians. * Operations: Smart material control (In/Out), resource planning, and documentation using MS Office. ------------------------------ ## 📬 How to Apply Are you ready to lead our production floor to success?
