Machine Operation & Monitoring • Operate pouch packing machines for products like snacks, powders, grains, or liquids. • Adjust machine settings (speed, temperature, sealing, cutting). • Monitor machine performance to ensure consistent output and pouch quality. 2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting • Perform routine maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, alignment). • Inspect sealing jaws, rollers, belts, and cutting blades. • Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic faults. • Minimize machine downtime by quick troubleshooting. 3. Quality Control • Ensure pouch sealing is strong, airtight, and leakage-free. • Check pouch weight, size, and printing alignment. • Remove defective products and re-adjust machine parameters. 4. Safety & Compliance • Follow company and industry safety protocols. • Ensure machine guards and safety switches are functional. • Maintain hygiene standards (especially for food packing). 5. Documentation & Reporting • Maintain daily production log sheets (output, downtime, wastage). • Report machine breakdowns and parts replacement needs. • Assist in machine upgrades and new installations. 6. Teamwork & Training • Coordinate with production supervisors and quality control team. • Train new operators on proper machine handling. • Support continuous improvement in efficiency and waste reduction.
