espo consulting & engineering co. is seeking a qualified civil engineer or architect currently based in oman to support the company’s business development and project coordination activities. responsibilities: * develop and maintain professional and business relationships in oman * identify and follow up on construction and renovation opportunities * attend meetings with clients and business partners * coordinate between clients, consultants, contractors, and espo’s technical team * support professional negotiations and follow up on potential projects * contribute to espo’s business development activities in the omani market requirements: * currently residing in oman * minimum 1 year of professional experience in oman * degree in civil engineering or architecture * excellent command of english, especially in professional communication and negotiation * familiarity with construction, renovation, and project execution processes * good knowledge of the omani construction market * strong communication and interpersonal skills * ability to follow up on projects independently work location: muscat, oman
